Biohacking is one of the trending words of the last few years - but what is actually behind it?
The principle behind the trend: get the best out of yourself by "hacking" your own body with small tricks and changes and, to a certain extent, reprogramming it. During these themed days, Sabrina gives you insights into the "reprogramming" of your own body, which promises more energy and health through a conscious lifestyle and also protects you from stress.
In the perceived seclusion of the nature resort, far away from stress and sensory overload, we invite you to break out of old habits, set new priorities and dare something - with the aim of feeling better, more energetic and all-round well-being.
Program:
Day 1/arrival day:
6:00 p.m. Getting to know each other & discussing the next few days
Days 2-4:
16:00-17:30 workshops
Day 5/departure day:
9 a.m.: Conclusion & farewell
Daily optional participation in the activity program:
07:30-08:00 guided meditation
08:00-08:50 Yoga
6 p.m.: Yin yoga, meditation or breathwork to end the day
Participation in group hikes (depending on the weather)
