Check-in and Check-out

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask you to observe our check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: from 3:00 pm

Check-out: by 10:00 am

 

Arrival by train

Eco-fiendly travel! From the junction points Salzburg, Innsbruck, Munich, or Klagenfurt, our PURADIES can be easily reached by train. We offer you a free transfer from train station Leogang to the PURADIES.

Every guest who will arrive by train, gets one microsalt treatment for free.

Taxes and Fees

A deposit in the amount of 30% is requested with your booking confirmation.

Christmas / New Year

Please note that during special times (e.g. Christmas, New Year) our luxury chalets and hotel rooms can only be booked in blocks (weekly).

 

Corona News

We have adapted our cancellation conditions and offer a free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival for the reasons listed below.

For all bookings of a holiday in PURADIES we offer you the possibility to cancel it free of charge if:

an official travel warning for the whole of Austria or the province of Salzburg has been issued
there are official entry restrictions for the whole of Austria or the province of Salzburg
the borders to Austria/Salzburg are closed by the authorities (border closures)
you have tested positive for Covid-19 (presentation of a positive test result is required)

there are travel restrictions for leaving the country of origin

the PURADIES is not allowed to accomodate guests 

In case of the above mentioned reasons we will cancel your booking free of charge. We will gladly convert your deposit into a voucher that does not expire and can be redeemed at any time. Of course we will transfer your deposit back if you wish.
However, should the situation have calmed dowm by then, our normal cancellation conditions will apply again.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

(according to the Austrian hotel & contract conditions)
A deposit of 30% is requested with the booking confirmation. 
until 3 months before arrival - free cancellation!
until 1 month before arrival - 40% cancellation fees
until 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fees
in the week of arrival - 90% cancellation fees

The cancellation fees are calculated from the total price.
