Yes, it is tempting to show off on the plate. But then it wouldn't be Puradies. We are all about 360 degrees of appreciation - for the fields where the vegetables grow; for the farmer who nurtures and cares for them. The employees who think holistically of natural cuisine, based on the Austrian Eco-label, to which we are committed.

The fish are caught by rod, nine out of ten ingredients come from Austria, some from our own farm. From when the Puradies family grew up here on the farm and their father was the first farmer in Leogang to convert to organic farming, there was no other way to prepare meals. You can feel this in our “Regional Genius”, “Mediterranean Love” and “Handpicked” kitchen lines in the natural evening menu.

It tastes best at home, so we guarantee it's regional. For over 200 years, we have been living true to the roots of our homeland with our organically certified agriculture on the Embachhof. Parsley, coriander, lemon thyme, lovage and tarragon from Sissi's garden. Two things that make an evening here unforgettable come together at Bar Freiraum: an extravagant space, let's call it a sculpture of a bar, and the creative drinks that liquefy the mountainous Salzburger Land. Alps Inspired Drinks with Swiss pine, gentian root and wild herbs, homemade sorbets and syrups and our own Mattari Gin.
