A piece of home for foodies and gourmets – the natural cuisine at Puradies. Those who stay with us take a culinary walk through our mountains, through the Alps, and through the seasons. 

Always thinking holistically, committed to the Austrian Ecolabel. We Madreiters, farmers for generations on our own organic farm, bring value to the table.

Our new Smart All Inclusive package brings even more comfort and flexibility to your holiday - available exclusively for the summer season.

Breakfast: with fresh regional products
NEW: Light Lunch: 12:30 – 14:00 with a small selection of hot and cold snacks
Afternoon snack: 14:00 – 16:00 with soups, salads, local organic products, regional specialties, and cakes
NEW: Free varied non-alcoholic drinks: 07:30 – 10:30 & 12:30 – 16:00 at our self-service station
Dinner: 3–5 course Farm-to-Table Puradies gourmet menu & special experience evenings

Our natural kitchen philosophy

We spoil our hotel guests in the hotel restaurant with many different cozy rooms. If you are holidaying in your private Puradies Chalet, we will bring your breakfast to the chalet and you are welcome to help yourself to your afternoon snack in the hotel restaurant. The Ess:enz restaurant serves relaxed mountain cuisine.

You can read our interpretation of good food from the three cuisine lines of our natural hotel kitchen. “Regional Genius” focuses on local and regional organic products, even from our own Organic Farm at Puradies. “Mediterranean Love” takes you across the Alps, from France to Istria, light on your feet, healthy. “Handpicked” shows you how creative and colourful vegetarian cuisine is. Evening after evening, you can put together your own individual menu.
