The hotel is the heart of the nature resort. Loving hosts, lifestyle and aesthetics, fine cuisine and the new wellness area await you. Here you live in the former farmhouse or in the suites in the design annex. 76 rooms and suites in eight categories await you – from the cozy Genießerzimmer (connoisseur rooms) to the exclusive Private Spa Suite Wolke 7 with its own Finnish sauna and couple's bathtub.

Exclusive chalets

In your private chalet in the Almdorf just above the hotel, you are entirely to yourselves, well hidden from the world. We bring your breakfast to your mountain chalet. All facilities and services of the hotel are open to you. 14 chalets in six categories from 55 to 120 square meters, from the Honeymoon Chalet for couples to the Chalet Deluxe for up to six people. Dogs are also welcome in selected chalets.

Naturresort Puradies is a 4-star superior resort in Leogang, Salzburger Land, that combines hotel, private chalets, Heaven Spa and its own organic farm on a car-free sun plateau.

With us you have the choice between one of the 76 Puradies rooms & suites or one of our 14 cosy chalets. Everyone will find their own little paradise here. With direct access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus, you can easily park your car in our underground garage and spend your holiday without traffic jams and searching for a parking space.

Pure regionality! Close your eyes and taste the fresh apple juice from our own apples at breakfast or the gently steamed potatoes from the Stechau farmer in Saalfelden in our Ess:enz gourmet restaurant. Experience relaxing wellness hours in our Heaven Spa, with Outdoor Infinity Pool, separate Kid's Pool, Fireplace Lounge, Yoga Studio, Fitness Center, cozy relaxation rooms and Adults Only Sauna House.

Heaven Spa, wellness euphoria

Experience the sensation of two wonderful experiences at once: in the sauna your body releases tension, and admiring the mountains deepens your sense of letting go, soothes and inspires. In the Heaven Spa with its impressive natural design, there are separate areas for adults and families seeking tranquillity; a Water World, beauty and body treatments. The adults-only sauna house with its four themed saunas is open to guests aged 16 and above. Even without an overnight stay, the Heaven Spa can be booked as a day spa.

Three culinary experiences await you at Puradies: the Verwöhnpension in the hotel restaurant with organic breakfast buffet and evening menu, the seasonal Smart All Inclusive with breakfast, light lunch, afternoon snack and farm-to-table menu, and the toque restaurant Ess:enz – Garden of Eating with three culinary lines: Genial Regional, Mediterranean Love and Handgepflückt (Hand-Picked). Awarded 2 Gault-Millau toques, 3 Falstaff forks and 3.5 cooking spoons in the Schlemmeratlas. Plus the Bar Freiraum with alpine cocktails.

Security beats size

Puradies is a family business, and you can feel it. You will meet us Madreiters by the second day of your holiday, if not the first, and you will notice: here the boss looks after you personally. The managing directors of the house are Michael and Philipp Madreiter. Puradies will never be as big as other hotels in Leogang. We want to preserve and protect this unique gem up here on our plateau.

Our organic farm still bears the name Embachhof, which first appeared in an ancient document from 1347. Embach can be translated as "above the stream" and if you take a look at the local map of Leogang, you will see that Puradies lies between two mountain streams, the Finsterbach and the Maisbach.

In the 1950s, Ottilie and Sebastian Josef Madreiter added a small hotel to the Embachhof, initially with a handful of guest rooms, and later as many as twenty rooms plus catering. Since 2016, we have been living and loving the idea of the Puradies Nature Resort here, around the historic Embachhof, expanded by a larger Heaven Spa and brand new restaurant since 2023.

Our organic farm is managed with heart

Experience farming in balance with nature. We fulfil the requirements of organic certification with pleasure. It is of course of the utmost importance for us to protect nature's precious resources. Get your breakfast egg from the chicken coop, visit the goats and sheep with your children or take home Puradies delicacies in a jar with ingredients from our farm, prepared in our kitchen. Our petting zoo and the adventure playground directly next to the farmhouse provide additional fun for the little ones. The Embachhof is run by senior proprietor Sebastian Madreiter.

Sustainability at Puradies

Puradies is not only a nature resort due to its location in the midst of nature, encompassing 30 hectares of landscape; we want to make the world a little better, as mountain farmers and as hosts. For example, 100% of the electricity comes from renewable sources and the heating from the biomass heating plant in Leogang. For arrival by electric car, free e-charging stations are available to you.

Experience freedom in pure nature at the most beautiful location this winter! We promise to pamper you with the utmost care. Entrust your children to our childcare team, or discover the snow-covered winter landscape together. Deep relaxation awaits at Heaven Spa, spread across 1,500 square metres in our wellness hotel in Leogang, and of course in the mountains, in countless different ways.

Ski-in/Ski-out directly into the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with around 270 kilometers of slopes – one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria. Ski room with boot dryer in the hotel, ski passes directly at reception. Plus winter hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing. In the evening, time by the fireplace in the chalet or a round in the heated infinity pool awaits.

Arrival at Naturresort Puradies

From Salzburg it is around 75 kilometers (approx. 1 hour), from Munich around 155 kilometers (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours). The nearest airport is Salzburg. By train you can reach us via the Wörgl–Salzburg route, a pick-up from the train station is possible on request. Free parking spaces and an underground garage are available directly at the resort.

Puradies unites two worlds under one roof: families with children find car-free safety here, the organic farm with petting zoo, their own children's pool, professional childcare, and a varied children's program. Couples and those seeking relaxation enjoy the adults-only sauna house with four themed saunas, the privacy of the chalets, and the award-winning cuisine of the Ess:enz. Active holidaymakers start directly from the resort: ski-in/ski-out into the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area in winter, hiking and mountain biking right from the door in summer.

Yes, sustainability is a key part of the Puradies concept. The resort focuses on its own organic farm, regional and seasonal cuisine, natural building materials, and active guest involvement in environmental protection. Details on certifications can be obtained upon request at info@puradies.com.

Leogang is located on the Wörgl–Salzburg railway line, making it directly accessible by train. From Leogang station (about 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot), we are happy to pick you up – please share your arrival time in advance at info@puradies.com.

Leogang is accessible via the A10 (Bischofshofen exit), via Lofer (B178/B311), or from Tyrol via the A12. Please note the motorway vignette requirement and the obligation to use winter tires (Nov. 1 – April 15). Parking spaces are available directly at Puradies free of charge.

Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM – for both hotel and chalet guests. If you arrive earlier, you will receive a wellness bag at the reception so you can enjoy the waiting time at the Heaven Spa.

On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or chalet by 10:00 AM.

Those who wish to enjoy their stay a little longer have two options:

  • Late Check-out with room use: Your room or chalet until max. 6:00 PM | € 60,– per person
  • Late Check-out with spa use: A relaxing afternoon in the Heaven Spa incl. afternoon snack | € 39,– per person

Hotel rooms offer elevated comfort with a service-oriented experience – ideal for couples and solo travelers. Chalets provide more privacy with their own garden or terrace, private sauna, and fully equipped kitchen. Both categories are designed with natural materials, reflecting the character of the nature resort.

Puradies offers a total of 90 units: 76 suites and rooms as well as 14 private chalets.

Hotel rooms: Connoisseur Room, Connoisseur Family Room, Connoisseur Family Holiday Apartment, Natur Loft, Familien Loft, Deluxe Suite, Premium Suite, Privat Spa Suite Wolke 7.

Chalets: Privat Spa Chalet, Privat Spa Chalet Plus, Privat Spa Chalet Honeymoon, Privat Spa Chalet Premium, Privat Spa Chalet Deluxe, Privat Spa Chalet Puradies x Moroso.

The ESS:ENZ is open from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 6:00 PM and offers nature cuisine at Michelin-star level with 100% front cooking. Reservations can be made at the reception or via info@puradies.com. The restaurant is not included in the stay.

Yes, the Ess:enz is also open to external guests, subject to availability. We recommend reserving a table at +43 6583 8275 or info@puradies.com.

Vegetarian dishes are always available on the menu. For vegan diets or food intolerances, please inform us in advance at info@puradies.com – the menu will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, the wellness area is generally accessible to all guests. The outdoor infinity pool, children's pool, natural bathing pond and fitness studio are open to everyone. The only exception is the adults-only sauna house – this is accessible from the age of 16.

Yes, the Heaven Spa is also open to day guests. Advance booking is required at +43 6583 8275.

Yes – dogs are warmly welcome at Puradies! In the private chalets, dogs can be brought without restrictions. In the hotel, selected suites are available for dog owners. Additional charge: €45 per dog per day (excluding food). Contact: info@puradies.com or +43 6583 8275.

In the shoulder season, the sun-drenched plateau is quieter, with more space in the Heaven Spa and on the hiking paths. Spring and autumn offer mild weather for hiking and biking. Room and chalet availability is generally greater outside peak season.

Summer offers bike-in/bike-out, hiking directly from the resort, the Naturbadeteich (natural swimming pond) and the Heaven Spa with infinity pool. At the Embachhof organic farm, guests can visit the animals. Evenings feature barbecue nights and the Tapas Experience at Ess:enz.

In winter, Puradies is ski-in/ski-out. The Saalfelden Leogang Card provides two complimentary mountain railway rides per person per day. The Heaven Spa and Adults-Only Saunahaus offer relaxation away from the slopes.

Puradies is located on the sun-drenched plateau in Leogang, in a quiet, self-contained setting surrounded by nature. Its elevated position brings plenty of sunshine hours. Add to that the resort's own Embachhof organic farm and the personal, family-run hospitality of the Madreiter family.
