A guest of real mountain farmers
We Madreiters have been organic mountain farmers and hosts for generations. For us, you can't have one without the other! The Puradies family, therefore, also includes some four-legged housemates: sheep, goats, calves and cows, rabbits, pigs and, of course, the hard-working two-legged friends who "serve up" your breakfast egg. We are firmly rooted in the land here and have always respected nature's precious resources, not just since the organic certification.
Organic products from our farm
Enjoyment with a good conscience, that's how it should be! It is a consideration close to our hearts for us to include fruits, eggs, herbs or a special cut of beef from our own farm on our restaurant menu. Keep an eye out for our senior owners! You will meet Sissi at her lovingly grown flowers and herb beds and Wasti in the stable or on the pasture.
