Check-in is guaranteed from 3.00 pm – for both hotel and chalet guests. If you arrive earlier, you will be given a spa bag at reception so that you can enjoy your time at the Heaven Spa whilst you wait.

Yes – if you’d like to arrive in the morning, you can book the breakfast buffet at our hotel, which features produce from, amongst other sources, our own organic farm, the Embachhof. Please register in advance by emailing info@puradies.com.

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room or chalet by 10.00.

If you’d like to enjoy your stay a little longer, you have two options:

• Late check-out with room access: Keep your room or chalet until 6.00 pm at the latest | €60 per person
• Late check-out with spa access: A relaxing afternoon at the Heaven Spa, including an afternoon snack | €39 per person

Leogang is situated approximately 75 km from Salzburg – that’s about an hour’s drive via the A10 (Tauern Motorway). By train, Leogang can be reached from Salzburg in about 1½ hours.

The distance from Munich to Leogang is approximately 155 km – a journey time of around 1.5 to 2 hours. The route takes you along the A8 towards Salzburg, then on along the B311 to Leogang.

The nearest international airport is Salzburg (SZG), approximately 75 km away. Alternatively, Munich Airport (MUC), approximately 150 km away, is also a suitable option. From Salzburg Airport, you can reach Leogang easily by train or hire car in about an hour.

Leogang is situated on the Wörgl–Salzburg railway line and can therefore be reached directly by train. We’d be happy to collect you from Leogang railway station (approx. 5 mins by car, 20 mins on foot) – please let us know your arrival time in advance by emailing info@puradies.com.

Leogang can be reached via the A10 (Bischofshofen exit), via Lofer (B178/B311) or from Tyrol via the A12. Please note that a motorway vignette is compulsory and winter tyres are required (1 November–15 April). Free parking is available directly at the Puradies.

Yes – electric vehicle charging points are available both in the underground car park for chalet guests and in the outdoor area for hotel guests. You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

Yes – the Puradies is a wellness hotel in Leogang featuring the 1,500 m² Heaven Spa. This includes an indoor and outdoor infinity pool, an adults-only sauna area with four saunas, a natural swimming pond, relaxation rooms, a yoga studio and a gym.

Pool areas: 07:00–20:00. Adults-only sauna area: 11:00–21:00 (summer 14:00–21:00). Yoga studio & gym: 06:00–22:00.

Yes – the Heaven Spa features an infinity pool with panoramic mountain views, which can be enjoyed from both indoors and outdoors. There is also a separate children’s pool for our youngest guests – though children are also welcome to use the infinity pool. In summer, the hotel’s own natural swimming pond with panoramic mountain views is also available.

Yes, the wellness area is generally open to all guests. The outdoor infinity pool, children’s pool, natural swimming pond and gym are all open to everyone. The exception is the adults-only sauna house – this is open to guests aged 16 and over.

The sauna house is part of our day spa facilities and can be used even without an overnight stay. Please see our day spa page for availability and prices.

The sauna complex offers a choice of four themed saunas: Finnish sauna (80°), Swiss stone pine steam sauna (45–60°), herbal sauna (55–65°) and tunnel sauna (55–65°). There are also several relaxation rooms available in the sauna complex.

Yes, the Heaven Spa is also open to day visitors. Advance booking is required on +43 6583 8275.

Unfortunately, there is no minibar or room service at Puradies. However, we’ll make sure you’re well looked after throughout the day.

Hotel guests can enjoy our breakfast buffet, featuring produce from, amongst other sources, our own organic farm, the Embachhof, and selected regional partner farms – ranging from baked goods, cheese and cold meats to fruit and hot dishes. Chalet guests receive a personalised breakfast box delivered directly to their chalet.

In winter, hotel guests enjoy half-board comprising breakfast (featuring produce from, amongst other sources, the hotel’s own organic farm, the Embachhof), an afternoon snack and a 3–5-course evening meal. Chalet guests have their breakfast delivered directly to their chalet; the afternoon snack is also included. Dinner is not included, but can be conveniently ordered to the chalet via the butler service.

In summer, the Smart All-Inclusive package is available to both categories of guests. Whilst hotel guests enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel, chalet guests have breakfast delivered directly to their chalet. A light lunch, afternoon snack and dinner are then available to everyone at the hotel.

All our hotel rooms can only be booked on a bed-and-breakfast basis, both in summer and winter.

Many of the ingredients come directly from our own organic farm – everything else is sourced from selected local suppliers

Ess:enz – Garden of Eating is Puradies’ gourmet restaurant, awarded 2 Gault-Millau toques, 3 Falstaff forks and 3.5 cooking spoons in the Schlemmeratlas. In summer 2026, our Tapas Experience awaits you: Leogang meets Spain – in 3 courses, to share and to savour.

ESS:ENZ is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.00 pm and offers award-winning natural cuisine with 100% open-kitchen cooking. Bookings can be made at reception or by emailing info@puradies.com. The restaurant is not included in the price of your stay.

Yes, Ess:enz is also open to non-residents, subject to availability. We recommend booking a table on +43 6583 8275 or at info@puradies.com.

Vegetarian dishes are always available on the menu. Please let us know in advance of your arrival at info@puradies.com if you follow a vegan diet or have any food intolerances – the menu will be adapted accordingly.

Yes – external guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet for €32 per person. Booking required at info@puradies.com or on +43 6583 8275. 

Yes – the Freiraum bar opens at 12:00 and delights guests with Alpine-inspired drinks, homemade lemonades and its own Mattari Gin. The natural décor creates a unique atmosphere, often accompanied by live music. By the way, your dog is very welcome in the bar.

Yes – the Puradies is a family-friendly nature resort in Leogang. It features a children’s pool, childcare five times a week, an indoor playroom with a climbing wall, and an outdoor adventure playground. Outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling are ideal for families.

Yes – Puradies offers a childcare programme five times a week for children aged 3 and over, featuring a variety of activities. This allows parents to enjoy the spa facilities or the natural surroundings to the full.

Yes – inside there is a playroom with a climbing wall and a craft and painting corner. Outside, an adventure playground invites children to explore and let off steam. The car-free grounds of the Sonnenplateau also offer plenty of open space for children.

Yes. The programme ranges from yoga, breathwork and meditation in our own yoga studio to guided walks in the Leogang mountains. There are also special retreats and seasonal programmes.

There isn’t a dedicated concierge at the Puradies – but our reception team will be happy to help at any time: with recommendations for excursions, insider tips and anything else to make your stay in Leogang even more enjoyable.

Leogang is part of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn – one of Austria’s largest ski resorts, with over 270 kilometres of slopes and modern lift systems.

Yes – the Puradies has its own private slope leading directly to the Steinbergbahn. In the morning, you can ski from the resort to the cable car; in the afternoon, you can ski right back to the front door. Genuine ski-in/ski-out in Leogang.

A shuttle service to the mountain cable cars can be arranged at reception. For those driving themselves: the Steinbergbahn and Asitzbahn are just a 3-minute drive away, with plenty of on-site parking available.

Adults can hire Fischer skis and poles directly at the Puradies. Ski boots and children’s equipment are available from the nearby Sport Mitterer. The hotel’s own ski room, complete with boot dryers, is available to all guests.

Yes – ski passes for the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn are available at reception during the winter – at the same price as at the cable car ticket office.

Leogang has plenty to offer away from the slopes too: winter walks, snowshoe treks, cross-country skiing on an extensive network of trails, and tobogganing. Hotel guide Sabrina also leads guided tours through the wintry mountain landscape around Puradies.

Yes – there are walking trails for all levels of difficulty starting right from the resort. The Leoganger Steinberge offer over 400 km of signposted trails. Hotel guide Sabrina also offers guided tours, yoga and meditation.

Leogang has two main mountain cable cars: the Steinbergbahn and the Asitzbahn – both just a 3-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk away. The Puradies is situated right between the two cable cars, making it ideal for summer and winter activities.

Yes – the hotel’s own hire service offers e-mountain bikes, e-gravel bikes and helmets for adults. Unfortunately, children’s bikes are not available.

The Epic Bikepark Leogang is just a 5-minute cycle, a 3-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk from the Puradies. Tickets are available directly at the bikepark – with the Saalfelden Leogang Card, you’ll receive a 15 per cent discount.

Yes – Puradies has a bike wash area and a repair corner for minor repairs.

Several hiking and trail routes start right from the sunny plateau of the Puradies – no transfer required. Easy panoramic walks to the Leoganger Steinberge, challenging mountain hikes and child-friendly nature trails are all within easy reach. Hotel guide Sabrina will accompany you on guided tours and show you the region’s most beautiful spots.

Yes – the Puradies offers genuine ‘bike-in/bike-out’: mountain bike trails and forest tracks start right from the resort, with no need for a drive or transfer. The Epic Bikepark Leogang is just a 5-minute cycle away. With its own e-MTB hire, bike wash area and repair corner, the Puradies is the ideal base for cyclists in Leogang.

The sunny plateau on which the Puradies is situated is car-free – no through traffic, no road noise, just nature. This is a major advantage, particularly for families with children and those seeking peace and quiet: children can roam freely across the spacious grounds. You can park your car safely in the garage or in the hotel car park.

The Puradies Doggy Treatment includes: a dog bed, a dog blanket, food and water bowls (Dogstyler), dog waste bags and a map of the most beautiful walking routes around the resort. A warm welcome for your four-legged friend.

Dogs are not permitted in: Heaven Spa, the garden area with its sunbathing lawn and natural swimming pond, the farm’s stables and pastures, the hotel restaurant and ESS:ENZ. Dogs are, however, very welcome in the Freiraum bar and on the terrace.

Hotel rooms offer a high standard of comfort with a focus on service – ideal for couples and solo travellers. Both categories are designed using natural materials and reflect the character of the nature resort.

The Puradies offers a total of 90 accommodation units: 76 suites and rooms, as well as 14 private chalets.

All chalets are fully equipped: a kitchen with a hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher; a dining area; a living area with a TV and tiled stove; a private sauna; and a large covered terrace.

Depending on the size, there is one or two bedrooms available. Daily cleaning and a final clean are included.

Yes – all chalets at Puradies are fitted with a private sauna and a fully equipped kitchen. This ensures maximum flexibility and privacy during your stay.

Many of the rooms and chalets at Puradies offer direct views of the Leoganger Steinberge or the surrounding mountain landscape. The exact view depends on the category of accommodation – please enquire when booking.

Yes – from the Deluxe Suite for up to 3 people to the Family Loft for up to 6 people, as well as chalets for up to 6 guests, the Puradies is ideal for families and small groups. All rooms can be booked on request.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, chalets and public areas. Cots and extra beds are provided on request – please let us know before you arrive.

There is no air conditioning in the chalets, nor in the ‘Gourmet’ rooms, ‘Gourmet’ family rooms or ‘Gourmet’ family apartments. All other suites are equipped with air conditioning.

In principle, all hotel rooms and suites are suitable for guests with allergies. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, chalets, the entire Heaven Spa, the sunbathing lawn or any indoor areas. Smokers are welcome in the Bowlers-Hat Bar and a designated area of the terrace.

Yes, we offer a laundry service. Your laundry will be returned within 24 hours of being handed in at reception. Same-day return is also available on request – in which case an express surcharge of 50 per cent of the total price will be applied.

Puradies is not open all year round. There is a short break in the spring and another in the autumn – usually around April and November, respectively. The exact closing dates depend on public holidays and school holidays and will be announced in good time.

Yes. PURADIES in Leogang has its own dog area. There are also dog-walking and hiking trails starting right from the resort. Dogs are welcome on the terrace and in the Freiraum bar, but not in the spa, by the natural swimming pond or in the restaurants.
